Service Description
We provide a confidential & comprehensive review of your company’s QuickBooks setup and usage. We review to see if your account is properly set up, functioning appropriately, and reporting in a way that is providing you with valuable insights into your business. Our review searches for typical set up problems, accounting discrepancies, regulatory compliance issues, and opportunities for greater processing efficiency and accuracy. After our review, we will meet with you for 30 minutes to present a report outlining our findings. We can assist you in making any recommended changes, or you can make them yourself.
Cancellation Policy & Legal Notice
Cancelation: The $225 upfront deposit on the QuickBooks Audit is for the work to be done to "review" your QuickBooks account. The remaining amount is due at the meeting when we walkthrough the results of the audit. This meeting can be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If there is a "no-show", the remaining amount of $125 will be charged to your card. Legal Notice: The Audit of your QuickBooks account is "not" an audit of your actual financial statements or financial information. It is also "not" an audit of the validity of the actual transactions as legitimate business expenditures for IRS tax purposes. Our review will not find all errors or set up issues, but it is a detailed review based off established protocols and benchmarking. It is designed to be comprehensive and find the majority of the errors in the setup and usage, but it cannot find all, solely based on the limited amount of time being purchased for review in this transaction.
